ReacTable
Microsoft isn't the only one with this new surface technology. There's a set of touch table tools incorporated into an electro-acoustic instrument, called "ReacTable".
Bjork is using one of these in the Volta tour. Here's a video of a recent appearance where the camera zoomed in on it alot.
